Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Unmarble account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1Open Unmarble on your iPhone.
2Go to the Profile tab.
3Scroll down and tap Delete My Account.
4Confirm in the dialog. Your account and all data are removed immediately.
What gets deleted — your account, profile details (name, email, profile photo), uploaded photos, generated designs, and any feedback you submitted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email from the address associated with your account to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Unmarble account".

We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

What happens to your data

  • Your Unmarble account is removed.
  • Your profile details (name, email, profile photo) are removed.
  • Your uploaded photos and generated designs are permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Any feedback you submitted is removed.

About your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription, as subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open the App Store, tap your account, and manage your subscription under Subscriptions.
